Yogurt pops. The easy way.

So. Here's the easy way to make a yogurt pop. AKA, frozen yogurt on a stick for the kiddies. Or mom. They are quite delish if you get yummy yogurt.

First, take your individual yogurt containers and make a small slit with a knife in the lid. Do not remove lid.

Then, stick a baby spoon through the slit. Make sure it's an entirely plastic spoon. Frozen metal hurts.

Then put them in the freezer. I do these at night before bed, that way they're ready for a fun breakfast.

To get them out, run the outside of the yogurt cup under a bit of warm water and push up on the bottom. Wiggle gently with the spoon.

YUM!
